COPYRIGHT

By submitting an article here, you grant EGL Magazine first or once only publishing rights. However, copyright for all work remains with the author and no work may be copied or used elsewhere, in full or in part, without the expressed permission of the author. Any submissions will be published on www.egl-magazine.co.uk and nowhere else by us.

By submitting work, including all accompanying images, you are confirming that you own the copyright, and that you are the author and have the right to submit the work and/or images for publication. If we later find this not to be the case, we will remove the article immediately and without notification.

CREDITS

When a piece is published on the EGL Magazine site the author will be credited by name (or pen name) and may also include a text link at the end of their work to their own website. We are most grateful if this link is reciprocated. You can link from your site to either your article, or any other page on the site. We cannot pay for any work submitted. Any revenue EGL Magazine makes is tiny and covers only our hosting and costs of running the magazine. Payment is in the form of pride only! (I'm afraid we can't even promise a future of fame and fortune!)

PROOFREADING

Always proofread your work before submitting. EGL Magazine will try to correct any obvious errors, but does not offer a proofreading service and, therefore, cannot be held responsible for any errors or ommissions. We also reserve the right to edit articles we consider are too long.

CONTENT & OPINIONS

Any content or opinions expressed in articles or reviews are that of the individual author and may not reflect the opinions of EGL Magazine. Any answers given in interviews are the opinions of the individual and may not reflect EGL Magazine's. We believe it is right for us to offer a number of different viewpoints, but will not publish any work that we believe to be libelous or offensive in any way. Any reviews given are offered purely for entertainment and are meant to be a light-hearted view.

SUBMITTING WORK

Please send text in the body of an email.  WE WILL NOT OPEN TEXT ATTACHMENTS. This not only protects us from damaging spam emails, but prevents hidden formatting in the text which many word processing programs put in. This helps to make sure your work displays as it was intended to. We reserve the right to edit work. This will be for article length constrictions and we will endeavour not to change the meaning or style of the original work.

Please send images as JPEG format. Please have some consideration with the size of files you send, we don't want to spend all day downloading them! We reserve the right to edit, crop and re-size images sent.
